I've been a beneficiary of TFMail. :)
Anything I can do to help spread the word, let me know. I tell all my clients about this service.

The explanation for the better rates is due to better marketing campaign creation and an attention to detail from the data collected after the mailings. Another explanation is that our clients have better relationships with their contacts as Vertical Response also mentions.

We are helping clients build their lists properly or advising clients on current contacts and then creating campaigns that are valuable to the reader so they continue to open and actively participate in the client campaigns.

Brooke,
Glad to see you are blogging. Hopefully, it's not a one time occurrence. :)
So how do you explain the better rates for TFMail versus Constant Contact?
Cheers,
